Acrylic abstract landscape blues, reds, yellow colors expressive contrasting color field painting. Textured and layered with fluid translucent acrylics and iridescent mediums.Textured with many layers of gesso to prime the canvas then applied acrylic paint with spatulas and palate knifes creating very organic textures and forms, completed with sennelier soft and oil pastels, high quality Sennelier and Golden Acrylics and glossy finish.
There is a lot of hand work done on this painting with the mixing and blending of the acrylic and oil pastels using my fingers! The effect is visually amazing with changes so subtle that they seems to naturally be flowing together.
