This multicanvas piece is a perfect addition for collectors seeking a large-scale work that blends natural beauty with bold abstraction. The color palette of Sequel Of A Dream 2 (Gardens) is a vibrant array of hues, evoking the lush vibrancy of a dreamlike garden. Each canvas features a deep, twilight blue as its foundation, creating a cohesive backdrop that feels like a garden at dusk. Over this, Toro layers a dense array of vertical strokes in a spectrum of vivid tones—fiery reds, electric blues, and golden yellows cascade down the canvases like blooming flora, their vibrancy capturing the essence of a garden in a dreamlike state.

Accents of lush green and bright purple weave through the composition, adding a sense of depth and contrast that feels both wild and harmonious, as if the garden is alive with movement. Small splashes of white and soft cyan dot the surface, resembling dewdrops or delicate petals, enhancing the painting’s radiant, dreamlike quality. The colors seem to pulse with energy across the three panels, creating a rhythmic flow that feels alive and interconnected, drawing the viewer into a continuous garden scene.

Toro’s technique is textured and spontaneous, with layered, dripping strokes that add a tactile quality, inviting closer inspection. The vertical marks evoke a sense of growth and movement, as if the garden is unfolding in a dreamlike sequence. Sequel Of A Dream 2 (Gardens) is a commanding triptych that would transform any space, from a modern home to a vibrant office.
