SOLD – Dimensional Terrain 2 by Nestor Toro

I am happy to announce that I have a wonderful collector in Chicago who has just purchased her second piece. Sarah will soon have this work from my “Terrain” series to enjoy in Chicago. The work is a contemplative color field painting with subtle color blending, contrast and fine details. Textured with many layers of gesso to prime the canvas then applied acrylic paint with spatulas and palette knifes creating very organic textures and forms, completed with sennelier soft and oil pastels, high quality Sennelier and Golden Acrylics and glossy finish.

There is a lot of hand work done on this painting with the mixing and blending of the acrylic and oil pastels using my fingers! The effect is visually amazing with changes so subtle that they seems to naturally be flowing together.
