FIERY BOLD INTRICATE ABSTRACT!
Each color in this impactful painting was hand mixed with mica particles and iridescent mediums to make the lavender, orange, yellow, gold and deep red all pop and shine. The colors were poured in different stages and molded with palette knifes to make great texture. This piece has a very spontaneous bold feel lots of light and layers. Expressionistic inspired. Signed on the lower right corner of the canvas on the front.
This artwork is on gallery quality heavy triple primed cotton canvas and READY TO HANG.
I include a certificate of authenticity that lists the materials as well as when the painting was completed. Fine high quality materials such as Golden acrylics products are used and UV protective enamel for sunlight protection.

The work is a mixed media of acrylic and pastels with a lot of blending done with my bare hands. It is 36 x 48 inches and was painted in 2016 here in Los Angeles.

Sarah will soon have this work from my “Terrain” series to enjoy in Chicago. The work is a contemplative color field painting with subtle color blending, contrast and fine details. Textured with many layers of gesso to prime the canvas then applied acrylic paint with spatulas and palette knifes creating very organic textures and forms, completed with sennelier soft and oil pastels, high quality Sennelier and Golden Acrylics and glossy finish.
There is a lot of hand work done on this painting with the mixing and blending of the acrylic and oil pastels using my fingers! The effect is visually amazing with changes so subtle that they seems to naturally be flowing together.
